Monthly Workout Plans

I create monthly workout plans that can be easily modified as needed.  Each plan is formatted as a monthly calendar with with complete workout details on each of the month.  This includes the follwing workouts:  swim, bike run and BRick workouts.  This monthly plan also includes a workout intensity legend providing descriptors for terrain and intensity markers (Heart rate, Power, Pace and/or RPE).
