Monthly Workout Plans I create monthly workout plans with complete workout details on each day of the month. This monthly plan also includes a workout intensity legend providing descriptors for terrain and intensity markers (Heart rate, Power, Pace and/or RPE).

Field Testing
Field testing encompasses the use of specific, repeatable and measurable time trials to help establish parameters and strategies for training and racing regarding pace, heart rate, power, and/or perceived effort.

15 Point Athlete Monitoring System for Training I use a 15 Point system to get an athletes feedback to supplement verbal communication.
